Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your press-on nails. This policy applies only to unused products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1. The product is within 14 days of delivery date
2. The press-on nails are in their original, unopened packaging
3. The item is unused and has not been applied to nails

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or applied press-on nails
  • Custom or personalized kits
  • Used or opened packages kits
  • Sale items or products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Initiating a Return

To start the return process:
1. Contact us at showmenailscustomerservice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Await our confirmation and return instructions

Important: Do not send any items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
1. We will notify you about the status of your refund
2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
3. You can expect to receive the refund within 10 business days
4. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
1. Return the original purchase following our return policy
2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Contact us at showmenailscustomerservice@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
3. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund)

Shipping Costs

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
- Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances
